Last month, Seattle developer William Justen announced he is forming a private equity fund to invest in commercial and multi-family real estate in the Puget Sound region. We have an update on that.
Justen and his partners Marty Goodman and Greg Books initially dubbed it The Cadence Fund but changed the name to Credence Equity LLC because Cadence was too similar to the name of another company with a somewhat similar mission.
