Office developers in the Puget Sound region are poised to start building again, and one of the biggest projects is expected to be the 16-block Spring District in Bellevue.
We sat down with Wright Runstad & Co. President Greg Johnson to talk about the Spring District and another of the company's projects: the $250 million renovation of Husky Stadium. We also asked about the possible foreclosure on Amazon.com's former headquarters.
