Last week was a big one for building sales in this area: The top three sales in Seattle and Bellevue totaled more than $1 billion.
City Center Plaza, which houses Microsoft's Bing operations, sold for $375 million to Commonwealth Partners of Los Angeles, a privately held real estate firm that invests on behalf of the California Public Employees' Retirement System. The seller was Phoenix-based Cole Real Estate Investments.
