Looking for a luxury condo in downtown Seattle? Well, you might have to get in line.
The supply of luxury condos, and condo units in general, is the lowest it has been in years, according to a report from Realogics Sotheby's International Realty. The report says there are 152 condos available downtown, and 64 of them are luxury units, which are priced at more than $1 million. About 20 of the top-end units remain, like penthouses or units with views of Puget Sound.
