There's been a lot of ink lately about the impact of high tech on Seattle real estate. Tech companies big and small are fueling a competitive, high-wage industry that has made Seattle one of the top U.S. markets for residential rent growth.
And it appears to be self-perpetuating: Seattle's reputation as a tech hub draws tech workers here from around the globe, strengthening both large companies and startups.
