On the Block: Hotel added to Railspur in Pioneer Square
Manchester Capital Management is moving forward with its plans to renovate three historic properties it owns in Pioneer Square, and now has added a hotel to the mix of office, retail, restaurants and housing.
The project is called RailSpur, in reference to an abandoned freight line that runs transversely through the block, which is bounded by South Jackson and South King streets, and First and Occidental avenues South.
