On the Block: Vulcan still has ‘five fabulous sites left' in SLU, and new horizons in Bellevue
The laser pointer being wielded by Vulcan Real Estate's Rob Arron is running out of places to point. Specifically, we're looking at development sites on Vulcan's tabletop scale model of South Lake Union. It's laid out in the South Lake Union Discovery Center, which is essentially Vulcan's sales office, though it serves other functions, too.
Of the roughly 60 acres Vulcan acquired in SLU — some of it for the failed Seattle Commons park in the 1990s — most has been developed.
