On the Block: Why Bosa is so bullish on Bellevue, and on high-end condos in general
Bosa Development broke ground on its One88 condominium at 188 Bellevue Way N.E. last September. Completion isn't expected until 2020, but the marketing has now begun.
Bosa says that over 100 residences have pre-sold during a recently concluded private sales period. Public sales begin Saturday.
