The 3.5-acre Alki Lumber property in West Seattle, at 4422 36th Ave. S.W. and related addresses, is bound for redevelopment.

An early mixed-use feasibility plan has been filed by architect Northwest Studio on behalf of the owner, the Sweeney family, which will continue to operate its business during and after construction.
