The pandemic will slow development of in-demand logistics facilities such as Prologis’ new Georgetown Crossroads warehouse in Seattle.
Many commercial landlords are rightfully worried about all their shuttered retail and restaurant tenants who may not return after the coronavirus crisis ends. Which won't be for many months, or possibly a year or two. Gulp.
