The Bellevue gold rush to provide Amazon with hopefully post-coronavirus office space — and its workers with condos and apartments — continues unabated.
One example is the Orvis store property at 10223 N.E. 10th St. Four years after it last traded for $16 million, it's on the market again, recently listed at $27.5 million by Breffni McGeough of Breffni House Real Estate and TEC Real Estate.
