Bellevue College's new Health Sciences Building T is at 3000 Landerholm Circle S.E.
The $21.8 million, 70,500-square-foot building has instructional space for nursing and imaging programs, and future space for academic and support services. Offices for the Health Sciences, Education & Wellness Institute also are located there.
Many of the learning spaces were designed to mirror a professional hospital setting. Two dedicated skills labs have 20 hospital beds and a five-room medical simulation lab.
It was built to meet LEED gold standards, with a green roof, recycled materials and geothermal heating.
