Relocation deals sure aren't like last year's

I didn’t understand the impact of relocation packages until a nephew called the other day with the glorious details of his new job with a medical supply company.
He was offered a starting salary similar to one journalists received after a decade of success at a major metropolitan daily newspaper, two weeks’ vacation after just six months, a four-day work week once a month, terrific profit sharing, medical plan ... the works.
