The wonderful Easter weekend weather jumpstarted the spring project season, so I thought I would make some seasonal checks.
While asking housing officials, builders and remodelers what amenities homeowners deemed as "requirements" in their next home, a friend in the title insurance business shipped me a one-page document that helped to put requirements into perspective.
