What was the biggest story in housing for 2006? Let's consider some candidates:
Housing market/bubble - While the national market slowed down from its breakneck pace, we again saw why housing bubbles are viewed as regional occurrences and not as national trends. Clearly, some areas continued to appreciate – perhaps not as vigorously as expected - while others obviously went backward. The Puget Sound has done very well when compared with most other areas of the country.
