Bill Wright, a former Subway franchisee, joined Seattle-based Taco Del Mar as master developer for the state of Utah. Wright is currently planning to open several locations in the Salt Lake City area. Bob and Chad Moore of Colliers International will act as the territory's real estate broker.

John A. Kilpatrick, Ph.D., and managing partner of Mundy Associates, is one of the nation's first real estate appraisers to be named a professional member of the International Code Council. The ICC is responsible for developing the codes that govern building construction throughout the United States. Mundy Associates, founded in Seattle in 1976, specializes in complex economic, market, and valuation analysis throughout the Western Hemisphere and Pacific Rim.
Steven C. Johnson has joined Raskin & Associates as a principal. He will lead the Kirkland-based company's continuing expansion to serve the Seattle market and oversee the company-wide tenant representation. Since 1985, he has run his own commercial real estate business, Steven C. Johnson & Associates, in Seattle, and before that he was a partner at the Norman Co. Jason Griffin, formerly of Steven C. Working with the Salvation Army, Windermere Real Estate has launched its Home for the Holidays Program. It will use funds donated by Windermere owners, agents and staff members to pay one year's worth of rent for seven Puget Sound-region families. The program also includes the TLC Drive Saturday and Sunday when Windermere's Western Washington offices will collect towels, linens and cash for local charitable groups.
