Quadrant Homes has named Jeff Skall and Jim Sprott senior development managers. Skall will work at Redmond Ridge, and Sprott will work on the Bellevue land development team. Skall previously worked for Weyerhaeuser Real Estate, Quadrant's parent company. Sprott, who was a design manager and engineer at Coughlin Porter Lundeen, will manage plat feasibilities, entitlements, engineering and construction throughout the Puget Sound region.
The Windermere Foundation, Windermere Real Estate's nonprofit charity organization, has been named the 2004 Outstanding Philanthropic Foundation by the Washington chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. The Windermere Foundation was created in 1989 and has generated more than $10 million. A portion of each Windermere transaction goes to the foundation, which supports children's programs, schools, families and others. Windermere has two new sales associates in Seattle: Bill Barker at the Wall Street office, and Alex Eckardt at Eastlake.
Fidelity National Title, which earlier this year formed a Northwest national commercial office in Seattle, has moved to a permanent office downtown. It is on the third level of One Union Plaza, 1316 Sixth Ave.
"Deals of the Year" is the topic of the REAPS monthly program at 7 p.m. today. Three new employees have joined the Seattle office of Lease Crutcher Lewis: Bryan Gormley as a project manager in the Commercial Division; Katie Henry as a project engineer; and Helen Robinson as an accounting assistant in accounts payable. Gormley has 10 years of construction experience, working mostly for Mortenson. He holds a bachelor's degree in building construction from the University of Washington. Henry is a recent graduate of Stanford University, where she earned bachelor's and master's degrees in civil engineering. Robinson holds an associate certificate from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
