Sahl works with public and private clients, and is managing capital improvement projects at Lake Washington School District. Seney has 18 years of architectural design experience, four at OAC. He leads remediation projects for housing and higher education clients. May joined OAC in 2008 and is lead building enclosure designer for many residential and commercial projects. Dzheneva has nearly 14 years of experience in structural design and plan review, and is in the structural engineering group. Avery holds a bachelor's in civil engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and has over three years of experience in construction. She will support work at WSU Everett Academic Center. McBride has over 12 years of Naval engineering experience, and education in construction management. He will support education planning and construction projects. Baldwin has over 17 years of experience on commercial/retail and higher education. He will manage construction of Tahoma High School in Maple Valley. Lathen has five years of experience in architecture and engineering, and will work on the construction management team.

Architects Rasmussen Triebelhorn of Tacoma hired Laurel Whittaker as an interior designer and Sarah Middleton as marketing manager. Whittaker has over 16 years of experience in space planning and interior design, with an emphasis on tenant improvements, and has worked in architectural and engineering project support. She is working on the 2030 Strategic Facilities Plan Implementation for Yakima County Courthouse. Middleton has over 10 years of marketing, proposal management and event planning experience in architecture/engineering. She will lead marketing for business development efforts.

Copps has 13 years of structural engineering experience. She is working on the Saint Paul project in Denver, which is two mixed-use buildings; and Portland Block 136: a 15-story residential tower and five-story office building. Nielsen has 12 years of structural engineering experience. He will lead tenant improvement and retail projects. He is working on TI projects at The Bellevue Collection. Tanamal has five years of structural engineering experience. She is working on 970 Denny, a 40-story luxury apartment tower in South Lake Union. Filips returns to CKC as a design engineer. She was an engineering intern at the firm. She is working on Circa, two 35-story residential towers in Los Angeles. Valera will assist in office administration, project coordination and document preparation. CKC is a structural engineering firm, with offices also in San Francisco and Chicago.

She has done campus master planning, including for University of Missouri Health System, and planning and design, including Kettering Cancer Center in Kettering, Ohio. Hout will work with principal Phil Giuntoli and senior health care planner Hugh Campbell to strengthen the health care practice. CollinsWoerman is an architecture, design and planning firm.

ALSC provides planning and design services, with an office also in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.
