Baranick has a background in mechanical engineering and energy conservation for public and private projects. Robaidek has two decades of experience in institution planning and tech upgrades. Reeser has 12 years of mechanical engineering experience and is working on retail projects. Callahan is an electrical engineer for retail projects. Fischer is leading acquisitions and new office openings for high tech clients in Asia and Europe. Hargis is focused on mechanical, electrical, telecom, security, energy and commissioning services.

Finley is working on Eagle River Luxury Living, a senior community in Eagle, Idaho. He has five years of BIM/CAD experience and was a project manager/designer with Evergreen Truss & Supply. In Seattle, MG2 elected Myra Vaughn as a shareholder and hired Adrian Lam, Shannon Suess, Karen Chalmers and Janelle Schneider as senior associates. In Washington, D.C., it promoted Eric Marks to associate principal. Vaughn has over 20 years of experience, and has relationships with major retailers. Last year, she was promoted to principal in the Seattle office. Lam works in the commercial studio and has over 20 years of experience on commercial, retail and residential projects. He will help manage retail projects for domestic and international clients. Suess is in the commercial studio, and focuses on hospitality projects. She will provide direction through design development for large projects. In the past 10 years, she designed luxury hotels in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Chalmers is in the retail studio, and will work with clients on new retail concepts. She worked for Starbucks' internal store design team for 15 years, including supervising programs to ensure brand consistency in the Asia Pacific region. Schneider is in the retail studio, and will manage selection and delivery of interior architecture finishes, casework and fixture concepts, and work on new concept designs. She was a senior production manager for Nordstrom. Marks, an architect, has been a senior associate, working on retail, office and master planning projects. He will now also lead clients through complex design and construction projects. MG2 provides architecture, planning, interior design, brand strategy, and consulting services, with offices also in Irvine, California, and Shanghai.
