AGC elects 2017 officers, board

Jacobson

Jake Jacobson
President

Jake Jacobson is executive vice president at Osborne Construction Co., where he is responsible for risk management, strategic planning, training, ethics/compliance and third-party relationships. He has been with Osborne since its founding in 1987 and serves on the company’s board. He also is a member of The Beavers, Associated Builders & Contractors, Northwest Wall & Ceiling Bureau and Stanford Athletic Board. He resides on Mercer Island and likes to golf, garden, travel and volunteer.









Imhof

Frank Imhof

Frank Imhof is CEO of Imco General Construction in Ferndale, a company he founded in 1978 with his wife, Patti. Imco builds and manages public and private heavy-civil infrastructure projects. Imhof was raised on his family’s dairy farm in Ferndale, and is passionate about construction, always looking for ways to increase efficiency, challenge people and create innovative solutions. He serves on the PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center Foundation’s board, and advocates for open and fair competition in the construction industry.






Mayo

Paul Mayo
Second Vice President

Paul Mayo, Flatiron Construction’s Northwest area manager, was the recipient of AGC of Washington’s 2015 Contractor of the Year award, and was a key contributor to the AGC-led effort to pass a state transportation package during the 2016 session. He also served as co-chairman of WSDOT’s Design/Build committee, and is actively involved in AGC’s Next-Generation Task Force.








Stephens

Dawn Stephens
Treasurer

Dawn Stephens is CFO of Charter Construction, where she oversees financial processes and operations. Her career as a finance professional spans more than 25 years at several construction and real estate firms. In 2006, Stephens joined Harbor Properties as corporate controller and later became CFO. She is active in Commercial Real Estate Women, is past president of the Puget Sound Chapter of the Construction Financial Managers Association, and serves on a variety of committees benefiting the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.








Munro

Nancy Munro
Past President

For 29 years, Nancy Munro has managed the administrative operations at MidMountain Contractors, a Kirkland-based heavy-civil contractor that has been active since 1988 in the AGC and National Utility Contractors Association. Munro served two years on the AGC of Washington board, two years on the AGC Education Foundation board and was the chapter’s first woman president. She is an industry advocate and has served on numerous public agency forums, committees and community organizations. She lives in Bothell with her husband, Rod.
