Urban-infill guru Don Milliken's latest proposal for a mixed-use project in the heart of downtown Kirkland has gotten some ink already. But the personnel part of the story hasn't gotten much play.
Milliken Martin LLC is the developer. The Martin is Larry Martin, formerly of Vulcan Inc. Stellar International Holdings is the project's capital partner.
