Here's an interesting dilemma for retail landlords in Washington: Do you lease space to medical-marijuana businesses?
Because of inconsistent laws, it's difficult to know where to start. Washington voters approved medical marijuana in 1998, though different jurisdictions across the state have different rules. Then there's federal law, which does not recognize any legal use of marijuana.
