Keating manages a mixed-use wine village project in Woodinville. Yu is working on a planned community and multifamily projects.

Portland-based landscape architecture, urban design and planning firm Walker Macy added
Matt Noyes. The landscape designer has seven years of experience in master planning, conceptual design and construction detailing. He worked on Kaka'ako Waterfront Park in Honolulu, Willard Plaza at Pennsylvania State University and the Washington Avenue Loft District in St. Louis. Walker Macy has expertise in parks and recreation, urban plazas and higher education campuses.

The planning, architecture, design and engineering firm Otak hired
Robin Rogers to oversee sustainability projects. Rogers ran the Built Green program as the Master Builders Association's sustainability advisor. She will be based in Otak's Seattle office, and advocate for sustainable practices within Otak as well as with the company's clients and partners. Rogers was a reviewer and advisor for LEED projects and has been in the A/E industry for more than 20 years.

Rico Quirindongo, a designer at DKA for eight years, is also the firm's
new human resources manager.He is project manager for The Urban League Village at Colman School, which involves turning the historic building into housing, the Northwest African American Museum, athletic facilities and retail.
Bethany Madsen recently joined DKA, with experience in tenant improvements, retail, health care and religious facilities. She has been working on the Job Corps Culinary Arts School and Dining Facility at Tongue Point in Oregon.
Andres Hernandez joined DKA and is working on the $36 million revitalization of 21 high-rise buildings for the Seattle Housing Authority.
Parametrix named Barbara Gilliland transportation division manager for its Bellevue office. Gilliland has 20 years of experience in transportation/transit planning and operations. As deputy director for Sound Transit, she oversaw transit operations and customer service for Regional Express, Sounder and Tacoma Link services. Parametrix is an engineering, planning, and environmental sciences firm based in Sumner.
Mithun recently appointed Tom Nelson principal and sustainable design advocate. Nelson led projects at Hellmuth, Obata + Kassabaum's Los Angeles office for 17 years. He also held positions with the U.S. Green Building Council. Mithun is based in Seattle and does architectural design and planning.
The Transpo Group added Tim Hedges to its Kirkland office. The senior transportation engineer will focus on planning, signal and roadway design. He has 15 years of experience doing drainage and utilities design, environmental permitting and construction support. The Transpo Group provides traffic engineering and transportation planning services.
