Sheri Stark as director of CAD. Manning is an experienced commissioning agent and certified energy engineer. He is working on Olive 8, Seattle Renaissance Hotel and Fairview Research Center. His past clients include the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Navy, Air Force, Homeland Security, and developers and industrial firms. Karkee is a geotechnical engineer with 27 years of experience. His past projects include evaluations of major earthquakes in Japan, database system development for seismic hazard evaluation in Nepal and large-scale building developments in Ontario. He is working on the East Blair Three terminal at the Port of Tacoma, Terminal 30 at the Port of Seattle, and the Bellevue Square garage. Dagel is a hydrogeologist with 23 years of experience in environmental investigation and remediation, groundwater source studies and water rights permitting. Dagel’s clients have included the Corps, Navy, Air Force, National Guard, Department of Ecology and ChevronTexaco. McClurken is the new systems administrator in charge of computer and network systems for the Seattle, Edmonds and Portland offices. Veenstra is a geotechnical engineer, working on seismic and slope stability projects, and numerical modeling for development of the East Blair Three terminal at the Port of Tacoma. Jenna Scholz to the geomorphology team in Seattle. The geomorphology team brings together experts in earth surface processes and landscape dynamics. Fleming is a civil engineer with 28 years of experience in civil and municipal projects. His recent projects include the Alder Creek Quinault River for the Quinault Indian Nation; Lone Tree restoration on the North Fork Nooksack River for the Nooksack Tribe and Puyallup River Bank stabilization for Pierce County. Scholz is a scientist with 20 years of experience in environmental monitoring, assessment and restoration projects. Her experience includes TMDL studies, storm water compliance, stream and wetland habitat assessment, enhancement and restoration, habitat conservation planning, environmental monitoring and regulatory compliance.

Her experience includes forensic investigation, repair design and construction administration of the Highwood Ridge condominium complex and Walden Park condominium complex, construction administration on the Autumn Grove condos, forensic investigation of the Ashford Park, Highlands at Issaquah Ridge, Seasons at Madrona Park and a Tier 1 analysis of the Desimone Bridge in the Pike Place Market. Williams has five years of experience with steel, concrete, masonry and wood structures. He has worked with deep gravity and retaining foundations on difficult geology, and public school design under the jurisdiction of the Department of the State Architect.
