Earlier this year, MRJ Constructors moved two sections of a 400-ton, 170-foot-long heavy-timber warehouse by barge down the Ship Canal and under the Fremont Bridge to a new location at 1200 N. Northlake Way. At the new location, the contractor re-assembled the 72-year-old former Bryant Lumber Co. warehouse, renovated the exterior, added a second floor and built out the entire 21,000 square feet with high-end tenant finishes.
