The recession has ended. What lies ahead? When a flu patient starts to get better, the muscles cease to ache and the temperature returns to normal. But the patient is not quite well. Strength and vitality must be regained, and fitness reacquired.
We are now in the economic rehabilitation phase. Our financial illness was severe, so we will need a couple of months to begin to feel stronger, and perhaps half a year more before we feel economically fit.
