Kent-based communications company Integra Telecom appointed: Mark Blosch senior vice president; David Peterson vice president sales; Jason Koenders vice president of operations; and Dan Stoll vice president of customer operations. Blosch will supervise customer service, sales and installation groups in Washington. Peterson will oversee Integra's Washington sales teams. Koenders will lead technical operations and engineering for Washington customers. Stoll established the company's Utah organization. Integra employs 65 and says it plans to increase staff by a quarter this year.
Redmond-based clothing company Eddie Bauer named David Makuen vice president of marketing. Makuen was vice president of a marketing division for the Ann Taylor and Loft brands. He will oversee brand communications, retail creative design and apparel marketing programs.
Seattle company WRQ appointed Tom Hull vice president of worldwide sales and Norbert Orth vice president of North American sales. WRQ says it exceeded all sales expectations and financial performance projections last year, with a total revenue of almost $100 million. The company sells host access and integration products around the world.

Journalist Matthew Erlich was named account manager at JayRay. He was communications manager for the Washington Public Ports Association, a private nonprofit based in Olympia, and has also been editor of The Peninsula Gateway in Gig Harbor. JayRay is a Seattle- and Tacoma-based communications company that consults on advertising and public relations.
Seattle company Peterson Sullivan named Molly Dore Farrar its first director of marketing. Farrar was a marketing specialist in the Seattle office of the law firm Miller Nash. Peterson Sullivan provides expertise in accounting, auditing, tax services and business valuation.
ActiveLight, a distributor of displays and signage, and Projector Wholesale Supply have combined services and will operate under the ActiveLight brand. Both companies are based in Poulsbo and operate as part of the Powder Hill Group. Brad Gleeson will continue as president of ActiveLight. Jill Miller, former president of PWS, will work with Gleeson as executive vice president.

Insurance brokerage Parker, Smith & Feek appointed Stuart O'Farrell as shareholder and vice president. O'Farrell specializes in the construction industry and is chapter president of the Construction Financial Managers Association. Parker, Smith & Feek is headquartered in Seattle.
Seattle's Foster Pepper & Shefelman added Catherine Drews, Thomas J. Hall and Mark S. Munro to its Seattle office. Drews is an associate in the land use and environmental practice group. Hall is an associate in the business practice group and was an associate with Fenwick & West in Mountain View, Calif. Munro is also an associate in the business practice group, and will focus on federal and Washington state tax law. Foster Pepper provides legal services to businesses, municipalities and individuals.
Bellevue's Scolr Pharma appointed Alan M. Mitchel senior vice president of business and legal affairs, and chief legal officer. Mitchel was the company's outside legal counsel at Seattle law firms Gray Cary and Garvey Schubert Barer. Scolr Pharma is a biopharmaceutical company.
Jeff Wolf was promoted to a member at Northwest law firm Williams, Kastner & Gibbs. Associate Robert Pentimonti, who works in the Seattle and Tacoma offices, was promoted to of counsel. Wolf focuses on products liability litigation, commercial litigation and labor. Pentimonti does estate planning, business law and tax planning. Williams, Kastner & Gibbs has 90 lawyers in Seattle, Tacoma and Portland.
