Stoel Rives is a business law firm with 375 lawyers and offices in Oregon, Washington, California, Utah and Idaho.
Wolfstone Panchot & Bloch named Robert J. Weber a shareholder. Weber will focus on real estate and business. Timothy J. Danforth joined as an associate and specializes in all aspects of litigation. The Seattle law firm works on estate planning, family law and litigation.
Seattle's Electronic Evidence Discovery appointed three executives: Martin Schwarz as chief operating officer, Kate O'Brien as vice president of the western region and Doug Herman as vice president of the eastern region. Schwarz was general manager of the broadband and services at RealNetworks. O'Brien was chief operating officer of DolphinSearch had has 20 years of business development experience. Herman managed EED's New York-based project management team.
Wells Fargo opened a wealth management center at its Mercer Island store, 3001 78th Ave. S.E. after remodeling the space and adding 1,100 square feet. The store will offer mortgage, home equity lending, and estate planning and brokerage services.

The National Center for State Courts recently inducted William H. Neukom, a partner and chair of Seattle firm Preston Gates & Ellis, into the Warren E. Burger Society. Neukom was general counsel of Microsoft, where he supported the work of the nonprofit National Center for State Courts. The center is headquartered in Williamsburg, Va.
Seattle-based ECG Management Consultants promoted Laura D. Jantos and James W. Lord to principal and Leonard J. Henzke to senior manager. ECG is a national health care management consulting firm that focuses on information technology-related consulting services. Jantos focuses on effective use of technologies including electronic health records. Lord specializes in organizational development. Henzke works to help hospitals and physician groups collaborate on financial goals.
Tacoma's HIMC Corp. named Aaron "A.J." McCann chief executive officer. McCann held senior management positions at Electronic Data Systems Corp. and Wells Fargo & Co. HIMC Corp.'s wholly owned subsidiary is ITI Internet Services.

Dallas-based Belo Corp. named six presidents: Albert "Bud" Brown of KREM-TV and KSKN-TV in Spokane, Mario A. Hewitt in Hampton/Norfolk, Mark A. Higgins in Phoenix, Robert A. Klingle in Louisville, Stuart B. Powell in Charlotte and Patti Smith in Austin. Each was a vice president at Belo, a media company with newspaper, cable and interactive media assets. Belo also owns 19 television stations.
Foster Pepper & Shefelman named the following as members: Todd C. Hayes, James P. McNeill III, David S. Snyder and John P. "Jack" Zahner. Hayes was an associate and represents property owners, developers and contractors in insurance coverage litigation. McNeill works in the municipal and public finance practice group. Snyder was an associate in the litigation practice group. Zahner focuses on insurance issues. Foster Pepper & Shefelman has offices in Seattle, Portland, Anchorage and Spokane.
