Coldstream Wealth Management

Coldstream Wealth Management is merging with George R. Pierce & Associates, an independent wealth management firm based in Seattle, and opening an office on Lake Union. Coldstream advises over 600 households and $1.57 billion in assets, and now adds 300 households and $325 million in assets with the addition of GP, which will take Coldstream's name. GP's office on Westlake now is Coldstream's Seattle office. Coldstream is maintaining its office in Bellevue. George R. Pierce & Associates was established in 1988 by George R. Pierce.

Rover.com

Rover.com, a Seattle-based national network of pet sitters and dog walkers, hired John Lapham as general counsel. He was senior vice president and general counsel at Getty Images, where he developed partnerships with Pinterest, Microsoft and other companies. Rover lets people arrange pet sitting, dog walking, boarding and day care, and says more than 40,000 people have listed services.

Flying House Productions

Flying House Productions, the parent organization for Seattle Men's Chorus and Seattle Women's Chorus, named Paul Caldwell artistic director, effective Aug. 1. Dennis Coleman, who has led the group for 35 years, is retiring. Caldwell will move here from Chicago, where he was artistic director for Youth Choral Theatre of Chicago, Windy City Gay Chorus and Windy City Treble Quire.

Steve Williams and Justin Yamada have opened a Vancouver office of Cruise Planners, a home-based travel agent franchise network that offers travel packages and other services. Franklin Reed has joined the travel agency franchise on Capitol Hill in Seattle. He specializes in river cruises, LGBT travel and the French Riviera.
