Big Fish Games, a Seattle-based developer and distributor of casual games, has hired Jeremy Lewis as president and chief operating officer. Lewis worked for Goldman Sachs, a global investment banking, securities and investment management firm, for 14 years in several operating, technology and business leadership positions.
Bruce Harland has been promoted to vice president of Crowley Maritime Corp.'s West Coast, Alaska and international contract services. Crowley is based in Oakland, Calif., and provides transportation and logistics services.
Puget Energy, parent of Bellevue-based Puget Sound Energy, which provides electricity and natural gas, is starting the Puget Sound Energy Foundation with a $15 million endowment from the recent sale of InfrastruX Group, a former utility construction services subsidiary. The foundation will award grants to organizations within Puget Sound Energy's service area and in places where the utility produces or purchases energy.
Pamela M. Spaniac will become CEO and a director of Radiant Research, a Bellevue-based clinical research and development company. She is now president and chief operating officer. Spaniac will replace Michael K. Lester, who will remain executive chairman of the board of directors.

BD&A, a national merchandise agency based in Woodinville, has appointed Jackie Brown and Tom Hickey as directors of sales. They will manage several corporate sales partner account teams. Brown worked at Corporate Express. Hickey spent 14 years at startup companies in the telecom and technology sectors.
The Frause Group, a Seattle-based public relations, marketing and business analysis firm, has added new partner offices in Beijing and Shanghai, China; Mumbai and Delhi, India; and Seoul, Korea. The new offices are part of the Public Relations Organization International network, an international partnership of public relations firms.
Gap Inc.'s new women's apparel concept, Forth & Towne, will open two stores in the Seattle area this fall. The first, which is expected to open in October, will be in downtown Seattle at Pacific Place. The second store, located in Alderwood, is set to open in November. Forth & Towne has five locations and expects to open 12 new stores throughout the nation this fall.
Philippe Sanchez has resigned as president and CEO of Photoworks Inc., a Seattle-based Internet digital photo publishing company. He will remain a director on the company's board. Sanchez was hired in late 2003 to drive a turnaround for Photoworks, which included a restructuring plan.
