Mark Robison, Jack Rafn and Hugh Ferguson -- three pillars of the Washington construction industry -- will be inducted into a construction hall of fame at Seattle's twin-pillared Westin Hotel on Saturday, Nov. 10. The University of Washington's Department of Construction Management is bestowing the honors.
