John Dellinger and
John Parker have acquired Unimark Construction Group from parent Unico Properties. Dellinger has nearly 15 years experience at Unimark and will serve as the company’s president. Parker will serve as executive vice-president and has more than 29 years tenure there. The firm has 65 employees and average revenues of $30 million. It was created in 1953 as Unico Construction, a division of Unico Properties, to provide tenant improvements for the commercial real estate firm’s Seattle portfolio. In 1994, the company became Unimark Construction. Included in the sale of the company is Servicemark, an affiliate of Unimark Construction Group that provides construction services.

Wendy Butcher, a professional engineer, has joined the Bellevue office of KJM & Associates as a project manager. Butcher is accompanied by
Harold Lloyd, who was hired as director of e-business solutions. Butcher has over 16 years of combined experience in the design and management of all phases of civil and environmental engineering projects. Her experience ranges from the planning phase through final construction. Lloyd has 10 years of experience implementing custom document management solutions for Fortune 500 companies. He has worked for a wide variety of firms and industries, including telecommunications, banking, transportation, manufacturing and software development. KJM is a Bellevue-based national program and construction management consulting firm.
Barclay Dean Construction recently promoted Mark Lunsford to vice president of operations. Lunsford came to Barclay Dean in March 2000. He has worked as a project manager, regional manager, executive vice president and vice president of operations -- giving him a broad range of commercial experience dating back to 1976. He holds a bachelor's degree in building construction from the University of Washington
