Jack Beaudoin, Turner Construction Special Projects Division manager, has been promoted to vice president and general manager of the Seattle Business Unit.
Jacalyn F. Costigan has been promoted into Beaudoin's old position, and
David Klopp has been promoted to operations manager for the division, Costigan's old job. Beaudoin joined Turner in 1981 and transferred to Seattle in 1989. He became division manager in 1997. Costigan has over 25 years of industry experience, including 10 years with Turner. Klopp has over 20 years of experience and has been with Turner for 17 years.

The Associated Builders and Contractors of Western Washington has hired
Adrianne Blair as program coordinator; and promoted Julie Michaelson to vice president of administration and Victoria Klyce to vice president of communications and events. Blair is assisting with member events and services. She has worked as an event coordinator and was director of the Freedom to Choose Voter Registration Campaign in Seattle. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Washington.
North Coast Electric Co. is opening two service centers in Burlington, Skagit County, and Roseburg, Ore. The Burlington store opened yesterday and the Roseburg store is set to open Aug. 1. Both locations will focus on commercial and residential contractors, as well as the industrial market. North Coast has 32 locations in six states.
GLY Construction in Bellevue has added
Lee Noble and
Tim Campbell as project engineers in the Interior Special Projects division; and
Steva Bryan as office administrator and Kellee Schroeder as an on-site project administrator. Noble has more than 14 years of industry experience, and recently relocated from the United Kingdom where he earned a bachelor's degree in construction management and carpentry. Campbell has four years of experience and holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from the University of Washington.

Richard Balster has joined J.R. Abbott Construction as project manager;
Chris King, Zac Chambers and
Amy Jarvis have been hired as project engineers; and
Teresa Novinski is a new project assistant. Balster has over 15 years of industry experience and will focus on office and industrial projects in his new role.
Sellen Construction has added several new engineers, including Torrey Davis, Jaret Johnson, Justin Hellem, Nick Weymouth, Sean O'Brien and Brian Sayler. The company also hired Troy Schilling as site safety coordinator; and the Special Projects Division hired engineers Adam Vance and Jacob Cooney. Several employees were recently promoted, including Dave Ratzke to chief estimator; Dan Barrett and Randy Boettcher to project managers; and Carrie Boettcher, Graham Condit, Jason Harrison and Stephanie Jones-Lee to field managers. Ratzke, an 18-year Sellen veteran, is replacing Bill Boyeson, who is retiring in December after 34 years with the company.
