Construction Industry Spotlight: A second chance for down-and-out youth

    A KING COUNTY construction training program is offering a second chance to teenagers and young adults who have dropped out of high school or are likely to do so.

    The program, YouthBuild, seeks out disadvantaged youth aged 16 to 24 and assists them in earning either a high school diploma or a GED that combines classroom instruction and on-the-job training.
