BIAW's leader leaves; goals remain the same

    Jeff Losey, executive director of the Tri-Cities Home Builders Association, will temporarily take the place of Tom McCabe, former executive director of the Building Industry Association of Washington, which represents about 12,000 members involved in the home building industry.

    McCabe served 21 years as BIAW executive vice president and left the organization Dec. 31, 2010, with a $1.25 million compensation package. McCabe could not be reached for comment about his plans.
