Everett window maker bends but doesn't break

    Quantum retooled its manufacturing process to improve efficiency.

    In a down housing market, it makes sense that a window manufacturer would be feeling some pain. But Everett-based Quantum Windows and Doors has taken measures to reduce that pain.
