Venn at Main, a mixed-use building at 10333 N.E. First St. in Bellevue, has 350 residential units, community spaces and 25,600 square feet of street-level retail.
Venn was designed to complement both the brick retail stores along Main Street, and the townhomes and residential spaces along 103rd Avenue Northeast.
There are parcel lockers and a secure building entry system, along with energy-efficient design and LEED certification. Parking for 592 vehicles, electric vehicle charging stations, and storage spaces for bicycles are also provided.
Units range from studios to one-bedrooms, two-level townhomes and lofts. Contemporary details include under-cabinet lighting, quartz countertops and vinyl plank flooring. There is a mezzanine fitness center, a media room, courtyard, community kitchen, game room and a rooftop deck.
