One of Seattle's most curious conundrums -- development of the Seahawks Stadium north lot -- just got curiouser.
An analysis by developer Wright Runstad & Co. shows the best site for King County's $89 million office building isn't the north lot but the property where the county's automotive center is located, on the west side of Fifth Avenue between Jefferson and Terrace streets. County Executive Ron Sims is recommending the County Council pick that site.
