Quadrant Homes has boosted production and now starts building five houses every work day. The company's goal, according to President Peter Orser, is to eventually do nine a day.
It prompts one to wonder where in this land of mountains, lakes and the Growth Management Act does Quadrant plan to build 2,000 homes every year? And can the market support such growth?
