SEATTLE -- Zao Noodle Bar will open its first Northwest restaurant at Seattle's University Village shopping center on Nov. 29.
Zao Noodle Bar offers a wide variety of Asian-influenced noodle and rice dishes all of which are healthy, fresh and affordable. Signature appetizers ($2.25-$8.95) and entrees ($5.50-$8.25) include: Crispy Imperial Rolls ($5.95), Veggie Summer Rolls ($5.50), Simple Chicken ($5.50) and their most-popular item, Ginger-Garlic-Chili Chicken and Prawns with Shanghai Noodles ($7.95).
The restaurant will also serve sake cocktails or "Saketails" that feature premium Japanese sake, as well as Northwest draft beers, a wide variety of Japanese, Thai, Taiwanese and Belgian-style bottled beers, regional wines and premium full-leaf teas.
