SEATTLE -- Local chef and restaurateu Tom Douglas has launched his first cookbook, "Tom Douglas' Seattle Kitchen." Available in bookstores and on his Web site (www.tomdouglas.com), the cookbook has a Northwest focus featuring many of Douglas' most requested recipes from his three Seattle restaurants; Dahlia Lounge, Etta's Seafood and Palace Kitchen. In addition to sharing recipes, Douglas takes readers on a tour of his favorite places to eat and shop among Seattle's culinary hidden treasures.
