    SEATTLE -- The Seattle Chocolate Company has introduced the Valentine Collection for Valentine's Day 2001. Seattle Chocolates' Valentine Collection includes milk chocolate truffles and bars wrapped in elegant rose patterned packaging that makes for a great gift for your Valentine sweetheart.

    The collection includes:

    • Truffle Bars: Three milk chocolate bars flavored in mint, milk chocolate and dark chocolate are presented in a clear Mylar box with the new Valentine packaging.
