The law firm of Ogden Murphy Wallace elected three people to membership in the firm. They are Jaime Allen, Carrie Soli and W. Brett Amrine. Allen and Soli practice in the Seattle office and Amrine is in Wenatchee. Allen practices in the Litigation Department. Soli is an attorney in the Business and Healthcare Practice. Amrine works on business, employment and municipal law.
Richland-based IsoRay hired William Cavanagh as vice president of research and development for IsoRay Medical. Cavanagh was chief scientific officer for Sangretech Biomedical for six years, overseeing design and use of a novel cancer therapy. IsoRay is a medical isotope company focusing on the treatment of prostate cancer and other malignant diseases.
The Mystery Shopping Providers Association, a professional trade association that improves service quality using anonymous resources, elected Renton business owner Doug Rector to its board of directors. Rector is president of Northwest Loss Prevention Consultants. The board has 11 members.

Tacoma-based Albers & Co., an insurance and financial services business, hired Mark Amberson to the retirement/wealth management team as senior investment strategist. Amberson has 20 years of experience managing fixed income portfolios and has worked with the state of Oregon and Russell Investments.
Kirkland-based Daticon Electronic Evidence Discovery, an international provider of eDiscovery services, hired Bill Derrick as vice president, client experience. Derrick has worked with LexisNexis Applied Discovery, Getty Images, Global Market Insite and Wall Data.
Seattle-based DocuSign, a provider of on-demand electronic signature solutions, appointed Keith Krach as chairman of the board of directors. Krach is founder and former CEO of Ariba. DocuSign also hired Steven King as president and CEO. King has 25 years of information technology experience and has worked at Virtela, Zantaz and E*Trade.
GeoEngineers has hired Scot McQueen as its new applied technology manager to help the firm grow its technology consulting services. McQueen will assist clients through the use of technology such as GIS, mobile and remote devices, Web sites, LiDAR and geophysical tools. McQueen joins the firm from ESRI. He has 14 years of experience with government agencies, private firms and publicly funded research institutes around the world.
Perteet appointed Crystal Donner as CEO and Michael Yeoman as COO. Donner was previously interim president. She has 14 years with Perteet. Yeoman has been with the firm since 2002, most recently as director of applied field services overseeing the survey and construction management division. Perteet is an employee-owned local consulting firm specializing in engineering, planning and survey projects.
Marty McKay of Art Anderson Associates earned his license in mechanical engineering for Washington state. McKay started working for Art Anderson in 2001. He has worked with Washington State Ferries, NOAA, the Port of San Juan, the U.S. Navy and the Tacoma Fire Department. The family-owned firm has offices in Bremerton and Columbus, Ohio. Services include advanced marine research, naval architecture, engineering, transportation planning, and construction management.

Laura Pease has become director of marketing at Lakewood-based Pease Construction. Her new responsibilities are marketing, public relations and business development.


GarageExperts.com awarded its first franchise agreement in the Seattle area to John Patterson. The new location is part of a plan to add more than 10 territories across the region over the next three to five years. Patterson signed a two-territory agreement with the company and plans to open his first franchise this spring. He has experience in commercial and residential roofing. GarageExperts.com, headquartered in Anaheim, Calif., provides garage makeovers in as a little as one day.
David Galbraith has joined the ownership team of Pacific Surveying & Engineering. Galbraith has worked in civil engineering and project management for seven years. He is experienced in urban infrastructure design, low impact development, stormwater management and construction contract administration. The employee-owned civil engineering, land surveying and environmental solutions firm is based in Bellingham.
Mike Arneson has joined URS as a senior transportation project manager, leading business development in roadway and highway design projects. Arneson, a civil engineer with 17 years of experience in transportation, land development and water/wastewater projects, will be based in Portland. Projects he has worked on include: Medford interchanges and the Highway 62 Corridor EIS in southern Oregon. Prior to joining URS, he was a principal at a civil engineering firm and worked for the Oregon Department of Transportation.
Coffman Engineers has hired Chad Heimbigner as a senior civil engineer. He has worked on retail, manufacturing, education, government, military, airports, commercial, health care, public welfare, entertainment, recreation, residential, assisted-living and tribal projects. Coffman has offices in Seattle and Spokane, and in California, Alaska and Hawaii.
