Chicago Title

Bennett

Sara Bennett has joined the Seattle commercial escrow department of Chicago Title. She will work on closing in-state and national transactions. Bennett is an attorney and she has been working as an underwriting counsel for Chicago Title since 2011. She was also an underwriting counsel for the Commercial National Title operation in Atlanta and has worked in private practice.

Prime Real Estate Group

Prime Real Estate Group in Spokane hired licensed real estate agent Jason Ayers and named Lisa Frandsen as director of operations. The company's founder, Melissa Murphy, has earned the Certified New Home Sales Professional designation through the Institute of Residential Marketing. Ayers is a former Coeur d'Alene police officer. Dec. 7 conference on condemnation

The Seminar Group will hold the third annual Issues in Condemnation conference on Friday, Dec. 7, at the Washington State Convention Center. The co-chairs of the conference are Bart J. IREM forecast Nov. 30

Chapter 27 of the Institute of Real Estate Management is holding its 27th annual Forecast Breakfast at 7:30 a.m., Friday Nov. 30 at The Westin in Bellevue. It will cover housing, office, industrial and retail. The keynote speaker is Mike Dueker, chief economist for Russell Investments. Other speakers and panelists are: Ada M. Healey, vice president of real estate at Vulcan; Dr. Stan Humphries, chief economist at Zillow; Thomas B. Parsons, COO at Holland Development; and A-P Hurd, vice president at Touchstone Corp. Overlake Medical Pavilion

The Center for Prosthetics Orthotics and Proliance Orthopedics and Sports Medicine are the first two tenants at Overlake Medical Pavilion, a new building at Bellevue's Overlake Hospital Medical Center. The Center for Prosthetics Orthotics will take up 1,952 square feet and Proliance will occupy 13,475 square feet. The 190,000-square-foot building is now approximately 10 percent leased.

Seattle law firm Ashbaugh Beal hired Laura Cox and Joe Stockton as associates. Both are 2012 graduates of the University of Washington School of Law.

Davis

Kirkland-based Affiliated Associations of America hired Jenny Davis as human resource consultant and producer. The group provides benefits and services to reduce the cost of doing business and keep member companies profitable.

Wells Fargo

Wells Fargo Commercial Bank hired James Teichman as senior vice president and loan team manager. Teichman was senior vice president and senior credit products officer at Bank of America and prior to that he was manager and management associate at Key Bank. Wells Fargo serves middle market businesses with offices nationwide.
