Bellingham-based RMC Architects promoted Christopher Mead and Jason Williard to associate. Mead is a project leader whose work has included the recently completed Multicultural Center at Western Washington University, a collaborative project with Opsis Architecture. Also, he has contributed to these multifamily projects in Bellingham: Walton Place One and Two, Eleanor Place and Cornerstone in Barkley Village. Williard has worked on some of RMC's most notable projects, including Peoples Bank in the Barkley Financial District and the Rocket Building in the Fairhaven Historic District, both in Bellingham, and Spring Street Landing on the Friday Harbor waterfront. He is working on Bellingham Public Schools' District Office Building in Bellingham. As an associate, he will help with marketing and business development. RMC offers planning and design services.

Bill Webb has been promoted to vice president within the RT Environmental and Construction Professional practice of RT Specialty. Webb has more than 20 years of experience within the professional liability insurance marketplace. RT ECP provides wholesale insurance brokerage and other services to agents and brokers. Webb joined the RT ECP team in 2017 as an assistant vice president to support its national network of agents, brokers and business relationships. He has since become a specialist in environmental and construction related insurance policies.

Jeff Powell has been appointed communications manager for the Seattle Southside Regional Tourism Authority (RTA), the official destination marketing organization for Seattle Southside, including the cities of SeaTac, Tukwila and Des Moines. He will work closely with current team members to promote the region, foster relationships with key Seattle Southside stakeholders and continue the RTA's efforts in building awareness to bring in more visitors to Seattle Southside. As communications manager, Powell's focus will be media relations, website and marketing content development, social media and internal and external communications on behalf of the destination marketing organization. Powell has over 15 years of marketing and communications experience. Most recently, he helped promote lifestyle brands as the communications manager at Ricardo Beverly Hills, a luggage and accessories brand based in Kent. Prior to that, Powell explored Asia and Australia as a travel editor with Expedia, and served as senior editor on the brand strategy team at Nordstrom. The Seattle Southside RTA is funded by a self-assessed hotel fund and supported by a lodging tax from the cities of SeaTac, Tukwila and Des Moines.
Prime 8 Consulting, headquartered in Bellevue, announced its partnership with Titans FC, a youth soccer organization. Adam Nowland is president and director of coaching for Titans FC. Titans FC is a youth soccer organization that promotes the personal development of each player and helps them reach their full potential, while nurturing a passion for the game of soccer. The Titans FC aims to influence positive change in the youth soccer landscape throughout the state of Washington, by removing financial, political, and social constraints that are the barriers to the development of players. Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has awarded Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Seattle with the Rolls-Royce ‘Dealer of the Year' Award for Global Excellence in Ownership Services. Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Seattle is owned and operated by OpenRoad Northwest, a division of OpenRoad Auto Group. The Ownership Services Dealer of Year Award is based on a range of measurements and achievements in delivering service and support throughout the lifetime of Rolls-Royce ownership. Every year Rolls-Royce Motor Cars highlights the achievement of top dealers around the world. Later this year, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Seattle will be moving into a new 67,755-square-foot center at 13617 NE 20th Street in Bellevue. The new facility will house 23 service bays, a large showroom and customer lounge, plus an additional 10,000 square feet of flex space for special events.
International law firm Dorsey & Whitney announced that 69 of its lawyers and 28 of its practices across eight of its U.S. offices were ranked by Chambers and Partners in its annual survey, Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business 2021. The following Seattle-based Dorsey lawyers were ranked individually by Chambers in its latest guide: Chris Barry – Corporate/M&A; Michael Droke – Labor & Employment; Kimton Eng – Intellectual Property; Aaron Goldstein – Labor & Employment; John Hollinrake – Tax; and Paul Meiklejohn – Intellectual Property. Chambers surveys and interviews clients and lawyers across the United States to determine which firms and attorneys are considered leaders in their field. Rankings assess key qualities in the legal field, including technical legal ability, professional conduct, client service, commercial astuteness, diligence and commitment.
Bellevue-based Auth0 hired Natalie Hausia-Haugen as head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Hausia-Haugen brings more than 15 years of industry experience and will be responsible for accelerating Auth0's DEI vision, policies and processes. Prior to joining Auth0, Hausia-Haugen worked at Nike where she held senior employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and people-related roles. She was a leader on Nike's diversity and inclusion employee council and the co-chair of Nike's employee resources group for teammates of color with roots in Asia, the Middle East, and the Pacific Islands. Before Nike, Natalie worked for Target, leading both local and national diversity and inclusion strategies.



Redmond-based general contractor Kassel & Associates promoted Carly Palmer to project manager and added Tony Gange as superintendent and Jason Lian as project manager. Palmer, previously a project engineer, has been with Kassel since 2015. Gange and Lian each have many years of experience in their positions. Kassel focuses on public projects.


In Renton, Rock Project Management Services hired Anne Reese as senior project manager and Josephine Bayan as project manager. Reese, MPM, previously was senior project manager at Vanir Construction Management. Bayan, PMP, previously was business development manager/project manager at Roots Project Control Services. RPM provides owner's representative services to public and private clients throughout Washington that have K-12, transportation, health care, energy and technology, and tribal projects.
