Continental-Bentall busy shopping ... Work on Continental- Bentall's Westlake Tower, a 31-story luxury apartment project at Seventh and Westlake avenues in downtown Seattle, is on hold pending completion of construction financing. Company officials are not, however, running around with their hair on fire over this.
