Real Estate Buzz: Competitors team up at Blatteis Realty
Established retail broker Lisa Streidl jumped from CB Richard Ellis to Blatteis Realty's growing Seattle office.
Streidl came to CB a year and a half ago as part of Art Wahl's retail team. Wahl merged his independent retail brokerage, called Wahl & Associates, into CB to take the job of managing the firm's Seattle office -- mainly charged with finding a way to reverse a long-running outflow of experienced CB brokers.
