Real Estate Buzz: Boeing gobbles up Eastside space

Boeing has signed another big office lease on the Eastside, subleasing 78,000 square feet from Stamps.com in Sterling Plaza Two in Bellevue's Factoria area.
Broker Paul Sweeney of the Broderick Group, who represented Stamps.com, confirmed that the sublease is signed and referred to Boeing Realty for more details. Boeing Realty officials declined to comment.
