The Sept. 11 attacks in New York and Washington, D.C., will slam the Seattle-area apartment market for the next couple of years, according to the October monthly market report by Dupre + Scott Advisors Inc.
This should be a plus for renters shocked by high rents but a red light for developers with complexes nearing construction and for investors who had figured they'd sell soon.
