Real Estate Buzz: Trammell braces for 2002 with layoffs

Trammell Crow Co. laid off seven of its 29 Puget Sound-area commercial brokers last month in reaction to the slower economy, area director George Williams confirmed.
"These are very difficult actions. It’s just to respond to the slowdown in brokerage," Williams said. "We are in a recession."
